Fluorescent Brightener KSN

Product Introduction:

    KSN is an optical brightener which is used in plastics and polyester optical fibers in a highly concentrated adding way.

* high brightness of optical brightener

* whitening effect is normal to blue light products and make the color more bright purple

* a significant resistance transference in LDPE

    The thermal stability makes it suitable for the processing of plastics and chemical fiber polymers.

To Use:

         KSN is very suitable for the brightening during the synthesis of high polymers,.For example, it is be used

 in tining of dyeing of thin films, injection molding, compression molding, chemical fibers, hard

hair and color wax hair. The way of Its usage is similar to  pigments, plastic additives and  chemical fiber

 additives.

Methods of Using:

In color plastic additives for 20-300 parts per million.

Transparent plastic is usually lower than the end of 5-20 PPM is enough.

Thermoplastic PVC maximum dosage is 100 PPM, hard PVC is 500 PPM.

Polyester fiber average usage for 100-250 PPM.

         This product can be added to the time of transesterification , polycondensation reaction and mixing.

 Furthermore,it can be added to the plastics and fibers in the processing by the form of brightening

master batch. Therefore, the dosage of brightening master batch is 0.5-20%.
