Product Application:

       The fluorescent brightener OB can be widely used in PVC, PS, ABS, PE , PP,etc.In China,it is one of popular

fluorescent brighteners bacause its excellent fluorescent brightening effect,thermal stability and little addition . 

Furthermore, it is alsosuitable for the brightening of polyester fibers, coatings, paints, inks and acrylic acid. The

fluorescent brightener OB can  be shared with dyes to produce the special brightness, which is especially effective

in the color formulation.

Product Usage:

Dosage:Dosage of fluorescent brightener OB per 100 kg polymer (reference dosage)

PVC: white 0.01 0.05% (10 g) - 50 g)

Transparent 0.0001-0.001% - 1 g (0.1 g), and can improve the brightness of PVC)

PS: white 0.001% (1 g)

Transparent 0.0001-0.001% - 1 g (0.1 g)

ABS: ecru 0.01 0.05% (10 g) - 50 g (ABS can effectively eliminate inherent in yellow)

White 0.01 0.05% (10 g to 50 g)

PE, PP: colorless 0.0005-0.001% - 1 g (0.5 g)

White 0.005 0.05% (5 g to 50 g)

Product Usage:

           The brightener shall be thoroughly dispersed in the whole polymer due to little dosage, For being easier to achieve the

sufficient dispersion effect, it can add to brightener Concentrated masterbatch.
