Oil Soluble Dyes

         The advanced plastic coloring agent is the most ideal agent for various plastics. It features the high tinting strength,

good heat resistance, high sunshine resistance, acid and alkali resistance and bright color. At present, it is widely

 used for the tinting of daily using plastics, bobbin materials, industrial grease, paint ink and color master batch.

Some varieties are suitable for the tinting and spinning of chemical fibers, polyester,nylon ,acetate fiber,etc.

Using Range

          The advanced plastic coloring agent ,which can be dissolved in organic solvents,belongs to the category of oil-soluble

dyes. Not only monochrome color ownly  be used, but also be used after finishing compounded from some proportion as

various tones.

Dye application

        When above dyes are dissolved in the plastics’ melting, they will present a certain molecular distribution. When various

 plastics are tinted,it will be pre-moulding or moulding after adding to plastics in a certain ratio and mixing well,and the tone

concentration can be adjusted according to the requirement.The the dyes can obtain bright and transparent tone in the 

transparent and clean resin. If it is combined with appropriate dosage of titanium dioxide and dyes, the translucent or opaque

tone can be obtained. The dosage can be agreed upon as required. In general, the dosage is 0.02%-0.05% in the transparent

tone, and it is about 0.1% in the opaque tone.

Heat resistance up to 240 ℃ -- 300 ℃ respectively

Fast fastness respectively for 6 to 7, 7-8

Resistance transference reached 3 to 4, 4 to 5

  The tinting strength is 100%±3%.

Water < 1%

         The fineness canpass through  screening of the 60 meshes
